Please ensure that if your child has a medical condition requiring emergency medication this is provided to the school as soon as possible. *
- Asthma – a spare in date inhaler that has the prescription label on it and appropriate form
- Allergies – if appropriate one epi-pen and / or an antihistamine (prescription only) – with the prescription label on it
- Any other medical condition requiring medication that is taken or the school may need to administer on the school day.
